At VST Global Vape Supply, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality products to our partners worldwide. Our Return & DOA Policy becomes active once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier and remains valid for 5 calendar days from the delivery date.
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Any visible wear, scuffs, scratches, or signs of misuse will void the warranty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while VST Global Vape Supply covers the shipping cost for approved replacement units.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following items or conditions are not eligible for warranty coverage:

Consumables (e-liquid, tanks, coils, pods, empty pods, batteries, accessories, parts)

Damage caused by misuse (impact, drops, water damage, improper handling)

Cosmetic imperfections

Tank leakage, dry hits, or coil burnout

Fully functional devices (e.g., buyer’s remorse)

Modified or altered products

Software-related issues

Using improper or damaged batteries

Clearance or final-sale items
WHAT IS COVERED
We will replace products that qualify as defective, including:

DOA devices or coils (non-functional out of the box)

Display/screen malfunctions

Chipset issues (auto-firing, inaccurate readings, atomizer detection issues)

Factory/manufacturing defects

Internal battery defects (when applicable)
If the device is genuinely defective, we will replace it without issue. However, devices showing visible damage or misuse cannot be replaced, as suppliers do not accept such returns. Please test your device immediately upon receipt.

To assess warranty eligibility, our team conducts a complete troubleshooting and inspection process. This ensures:

Is the 510 pin, threading, or seal damaged?

Any signs of liquid/water damage?

Any signs of burning/fire damage?
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Does the issue occur with different tanks?

Does the issue occur with different batteries?

Are the device settings correct?

Can a firmware update or downgrade fix the issue?
Processing time after receiving your item is 2–5 business days.
EXCHANGES
If your item qualifies for warranty coverage, you may exchange it for:

The same SKU (sealed),
-
A SKU of equal value, or
-
Store credit.
RETURNS (SEALED ITEMS ONLY)
Sealed, unopened items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Requirements:

Authorization must be obtained before shipping items back.

The product must match the invoice SKU and be in perfect, resellable condition.

Seal and packaging must be intact.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address after verification.
FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
Due to manufacturer policies, the following cannot be returned:

UNDERAGE PURCHASE POLICY
All products are intended for adult consumers. Orders failing age verification will be cancelled and may not be eligible for refund.

Once we receive your product, our team will test functionality.
If the device is found to be working correctly, you must cover the cost of return shipping, and the claim may be rejected.
Return Shipping Costs

For orders with free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
Refunds can only be issued to the original card used (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX).
Expired or inactive cards may result in unsuccessful refund processing.
CANNABIS / CBD PRODUCTS
Returns are accepted within 90 days for completely unopened and unused products.
If seals or packaging are broken, the item is non-refundable and will not be returned.
We do not offer returns or replacements based on flavor preference.
International (non-U.S.) CBD orders are currently not supported and are not eligible for refunds if seized, lost, or damaged.
